"Late Night" host and "Saturday Night Live" alum Seth Meyers will keynote at Interop New York on October 1. Get a taste of his sharp, sardonic humor in these video clips.
Seth Meyers will entertain Interop attendees during the October 1 keynotes at Interop New York. Meyers, an Emmy Award-winning writer, is host of NBC’s Late Night and a former Saturday Night Live cast member and writer.
In anticipation of Meyers’ performance, here’s a few clips of his current and past work, including Late Night interviews with astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and Bill Nye The Science Guy.
In this clip, Meyers interviews Dr. Tyson about the new version of Cosmos. They talk about why science matters to civilization and the human species, the possibility of the multiverse, comic books, and photo-bombing the President.
And here, Meyers engineers a meeting with Tyson and the former planet Pluto. Tyson gives Pluto the astronomical rationale for its demotion, and then they hug.
In this clip, Seth Meyers interviews Bill Nye the Science Guy. They talk selfies, Nye’s attempts to get selected as an NASA astronaut (four tries, four rejections), his debates with a Creationist, and the relationship between science and innovation.
Seth Meyers came to fame as the host of Weekend Update. Here’s a highlight reel of some of his best lines.
And if that’s not enough Seth Meyers, check out his appearance on Jerry Seinfield’s "Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee."
Interop attendees must have an Expo Plus Pass or above to get access to the October 1 keynote. Attendees with a Total Access Pass will be entered into a drawing during the Meyers keynote. Three winners will come backstage to meet Meyers and take a photo.
