Alternate Input Devices

The Stabilo Digipen stands in for a variety of motion capture, pen, voice, and other input devices designed to allow users to interface with the increasingly complex image-based world of the computer. With displays going into multiple dimensions, the standard keyboard and mouse seem entirely inadequate to input the future. Whether the new input devices will bring a renewed interest in cursive handwriting, or a new wave of interpretive, we'll see, but it does seem likely that the options for interacting with the computer are only going to increase.
