While this all makes perfect sense to me, I continue to hear that many moderately conservative organizations don't see the value of establishing a corporate social network. Using social media for marketing, sure, but accepting it as a better way to get work done -- that seems to be a harder sell. Maybe that will change if the organizations adopting enterprise social networking start to prove that they really are more efficient and effective, with the sales and profits to prove it.
