Most software companies don't know how to get something started in a large company like Disney. Work on that.

Patty Morrison, CIO, Motorola Quality is my plea to the software industry. The enormous amount of time to do patches and fixes is all-consuming in cost and resources.

Rob Carter, CIO, Fedex It's a relationship oriented business. There's a tremendous amount of noise. Provide migration strategies that aren't rip and replace. Cut through the noise, because we just don't have time to deal with it.
