Do some investigation before you just print whatever Oracle tells you. When Oracle tells you that Sparc T4 runs seven billion times as fast as Power, you should investigate if that is true. That would be the reporting part. Oracle's PR office can distribute their propaganda. The T4 is just warmed over T3 (only the S3 core has changed) with a hyper-threading feature that was available on Power Systems years ago. As BPM said below, the benchmarks were ludicrous comparisons by any standard. How about asking Oracle, being that T4 is blowing away everything on the market in their opinion, why they still use Intel x86 in all of their flagship Exa systems? Are they trying to put themselves at a competitive disadvantage and ship profits to Intel?
