Human-capital-management software maker Softscape Inc. has introduced a self-service module for use by employees in the latest version of its AchievementPlus human-capital-management software.

The new Internet-based benefits-management software lets employees sign on to a single location to access relevant payroll and vacation data, and it automatically processes benefits deductions and payroll changes online. The E-learning software now makes course recommendations that correspond with personal-development goals.

The employee self-service and E-learning modules start at under $5 per user, per month, and are fully hosted, plus there's a one-time fee of $2,500 to $15,000 for configuration and setup that includes company-specific branding.
