The Canadian company Movies for Me announced today that it is committed to buying every available UMD movie for the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) and making them available to renters.

The company expects to see many more movies released for the Sony PSP during 2005, and is adding these titles to its site each week.

Scott Glover, Movies for Me President, said in a release that "Some of our existing customers have bought a PSP, but haven't found any companies renting the UMD movies in Canada. That's where we can help. We'll carry large quantities of each movie, to make sure our subscribers get the titles they want right away."

Launched in 2002, Movies for Me rents DVD movies by mail in Canada.
