Sounds familiar
I know this scenario all too well. Many family trips have been ruined for me because I need to spend them fixing aunt and uncle's toolbar infested browsers.

Yeah, I can absolutely relate to this, often its the "hey, while we're waiting on dinner, can you pop upstairs and take a quick look at my computer(s)? I'm having trouble with "X".  It'll only take a minute". There's no such thing as a free dinner it seems!

I have seen some really bad SLA's during my career and it always makes me wonder who was the person who signed off on it ?     Of course they are never there anymore.

Technocrati, when vendors prepare SLA's they used to incorporate all the points which are relevant and favorable to them; which is always a one sided agreement. So its better to have a legal opinion before signing any such agreements.

Laurianne, now a day's these two are unavoidable parts of life. Even in sleeping also, they used to keep these devices by the side of pillow.

Jastroff, if you are on 24*7, you are suppose to answer even in midnight.
