What are they including?
I'm wondering if this just means CEO's will get paid in bonuses and perks to lower the numbers. Will the numbers reflect an entire package pay or just wages? They will be vastly different if things like retirement, company cars, travel or housing expenses, and bonus pay are not included in the CEO's pay.
I'm interested to see the numbers though. that and how the CEO's justify the ratios. Because if your lowest paid employees get paid $10/hr and your pay is a hundred times that (assuming for simplicity everyone but the CEO earns $10/hr), just what are they doing to earn $1000/hr?
