The joke is this: the numbers -- the data -- are escaping out through a large broken window; the data loss is enormously obvious and plain while the executive on the right tries to downplay it.

I really don't get the illustration, but the general topic reminds of how this type of news was probably relayed to the C-suits at Sony.
