Microsoft Denies Open Source Attacks

I've always had a problem with the Internet-freedom crowd who declare that "net neutrality" -- the principle that no one has the right to prioritize or charge higher rates for bandwidth regardless of how much is used or what it's being used for -- is an inviolable right on the order of bearing arms and speaking freely.
