There are a number of components in the service offering, which can be subscribed to separately or as part of an integrated solution. The components deliver pre-configured forms and processes to save companies time in setting up goal-setting, evaluations, and career planning for employees. Because this is an on-demand service, there's no investment in software or additional hardware infrastructure.
The cost of the service depends on the modules chosen and the number of employees. The full integrated service for 1,000 employees costs approximately $25 per user per year. The service is available immediately.
