Jordan Bradley, 20, and Andrew Harvey, 22, were arrested in February following a joint investigation by British and U.S. police, a spokeswoman said. The men, who were charged Monday, are accused of being part of an international gang of computer hackers known as the THr34t-Krew.
Bradley, of Darlington, and Harvey, of Belmont, both in northeast England, are due to appear before magistrates in Consett on Sept. 18. They are charged with conspiring with others to make unauthorized modifications to the contents of computers with the intent to impair the operation of those computers between Jan. 1, 2002 and February this year.
