Keystroke Logger Indicted

A former employee at Bristol West Insurance Group/Coast National Insurance Co. was indicted on federal wiretapping charges for allegedly installing on a company PC a device that recorded the keystrokes of another employee. The Public Affairs Office for the U.S. Attorney, Central District of California, says this is the first case in which a defendant has been charged with illegally using a hardware device known as a keystroke logger.
