Luna To Intro B-To-B CRM Suite

Luna Information Systems next week will unveil Luna eRelationship, a product suite that attempts to manage the complex customer relationships involved in business-to- business transactions. The suite is meant to help companies tailor transactions based on agreements in place between companies, as well as on departmental and individual preferences.

Managing business-to-business relationships is a tougher task than managing relationships with consumers, Luna CEO Farid Khoujinian says. "Every relationship depends on a number of people," he says. "You're pulling information from all over the business." The heart of the eRelationship suite is Luna Electronic Agreements, which stores all company policies and contracts.

A set of self-service tools helps adjust privileges and define user roles. Other applications include Luna eRelationship Services, which captures behavioral and demographic information, provides messaging and search functions for collaboration, and uses Extensible Markup Language to connect applications; and Luna eRelationship Server, which supports the applications and data sources required for business relationships.

The Luna suite is available immediately. Pricing starts at $40,000, but the average implementation will run between $150,000 and $200,000.
