Hi Charlie, thank you for including TBR's insight into your article. I think that other business process vendors like the ones you mentioned face challenges translating their toolsets to baselines process platforms because they are not built on the same, flexible and configurable platform that ServiceNow tools are built on. IMO, The other vendor that can move into the business process platform space is Salesforce.com.

A service platform -- Why ServiceNow?
This seems like a simple idea, with a lot of business process built into it -- building out a shared platform for services in an enterprise. So why aren't the business process management firms doing it? Or Tibco or HP or Computer Associates?
