You've heard this before
IBM has been talking about integration of tools including Unica, Coremetrics, Sterling Commerce and so on for some time. The new news here is the task-specific blendings with newer ingredients including Tealeaf for Web and mobile session playback, Xtify for mobile enagement, and Silverpop for email campaigns. As for sales and service? That's sure to involve somebody else's CRM, knit together with what IBM has to offer -- IMHO.
