Big Data?
Why do you need Big Data for this? All you have to do is point at the new coal-fired plants popping up constantly in China, with no letup in sight. While it seems to be proven that carbon dioxide levels are up, which is very worrisome in and of itself, there have been instances of climate change far greater than what we're seeing now within recorded history. What is new is how many people are living in coastal areas denuded of wetlands, so the effects of storms are so much more devastating.
