GE Takes Change Seriously
Kudos to GE for their move to the Valley.   The company understands that it's culture is too bloated to effectively compete well into  the future and they have turned their attention to the "new mode of business"  that is Silicon Valley.

I will keep an eye on how GE fairs in this regard, but it looks like the company's commitment to Change and to incorporating the methods of the Valley is an excellent move.

I would expect other typically traditional enterprises to slowly follow GE and the Valley's lead.
