Re: under-implemented IT
Thanks for the comment. Under implemented IT is a real problem. I would guess that many IT solutions are only 30% utilized. Implementation fatigue is also an issue with under utilization.

under-implemented IT
> Patients may see 50 different hospital employees during treatment.

Thats so true Susan. Your blog hits the nail on its head. Thank God, I have had to experience hospitals only rarely; but even then I experienced under-implemented IT. Part of the reason is generational gap among hospital staff.

Susan this piece really reflects its coming from someone who has 25 years of experience in the field.

It's Amazing Gex X Is Acknowledged
Color me impressed and kudos to the writer.  This is one of the rare pieces I've encountered that actually acknowledges that a generation exists between the Boomers and the Millennials!  Ordinarily, anything communicated is of, by for or about predominantly Boomers with Millennials inching ever so slowly into the limelight.  All that being said, although the multigenerational working tips are great, there will always be problem chlildren who are unwilling to play nice in the sandbox with the other kids.
