Perhaps people will see the incentives as a way of balancing out the increase in the overall cost of insurance. It seems like the model is effective in some cases.

It's amazing what we can/will do when our actions are exposed (whether we want them to be or not). Both social and gamification are often great incentives for productivity, through transparency and competition,

I am not adverse to what ever works for someone but again we have to remember that 25% of the population does not have insurance and even those who do are cutting back on doctor visits so again numbers? The education process of wellness is the value and then of course doing something but with the increases that keep coming out for premiums is this making dent in the money side?
