Mobile payment is the trend
I think PayPal made a good decision to move forward. The mobile payment is the future trend and is getting more and more popular. For example, in China nowadays people use Alipay quitely frequently. I used it everyday for paying meals, buying small stuff, etc.

win for everyone
I think Microsoft is making a good move with this partnership too. By positioning themselves to aid small businesses they can have a larger market share when some of those businesses grow bigger. This could be a win for PayPal, microsoft, and the small businesses. for any small businesses owners out there, would this make you more likely to buy a Microsoft product?
