@Shamika- Since the writing the article, I have been given an analytics report about my communications habits. I knew who my closest contactsa were, of course, but I noticed something interesting. Some people I thought I communicated with regularly turned out to be people who I hadn't talked to in a long time. For instance, there was someone I used to talk with on average every 32 days I hadn't emailed in 322 days. That was useful info. In this case it was a friend (I guess I was a bad friend), but had it been a business relationship that would have been bad.

@asksqn- I'm not familiar with the LinkedIn lawsuit, but I'm sure with all of these things the devil is always in the details. I think we've learned that when it comes to private data, people are only willing to give it up if they get a value in return. Conspire's people were very clear to me that they understood that and that they were always trying to increase the value proposition for users.
