Re: time spent in switching applications.
I agree with you that being able to get actionable data into an app is a GoodThing.

But the information has to be integrated into the user's workflow. Data that isn't useful and actionable does not help.

We can but hope that they figured this out.

time spent in switching applications.
The one paticular feature where users can do tasks in other apps without leaving the interface is a life-saver. Its too good and can potentially save thousands of manhours spent in switching applications.
