StaceyE, am not sure its a confusion or advantage. Data Analytic methods/tools/algorithms can be helpful in such situations for arriving to better decessions.

I absolutely agree. I am finishing my MBA with a concentration in project management and I can not put enough emphasis on how important clear ciommunication is in every project!

"Very good point. It is a good idea to store data for that reason, but to try to run reports and analyze all of it is redundant....unless you need it."

StaceyE, that's my key point. Formalized and use it; otherwise don't waste time and storage space.

StaceyEE, now the technology also changed and the way we look into issues (way of thinking) also changed due to tech savvy mentality.
