Re: "Hello Barbie" for teenagers?
Well Susan that depends. I have seen some teenage girls loving their dolls and having them around their bed. It all about what you like.

Robot
I like the robot. Seems like it's a live person.

Great list
Dawn, this is a great list of tech toys. It's too bad VTech and Mattel have already suffered cyber attacks. Perhaps the connected toys of the future will have more secure networks!

Re: Touchbanana, $50
Thanks, Mak. :) Well, so it can be cool toy that could mix some creativity and imagination. Maybe it triggers an idea in some cleaver kid who later on turns the idea into a startup.

E-Connected Toy of the Year
So, where can I watch this?
Kidizoom has also a smartwatch for kids. I don't think it'll win any awards, but it looks pretty neat for a holiday gift.

"Toys that teach children how to code and robotics are popular. Before these were not attractive to children but now it can be a career"

I wonder if these kind of toys are just for kids.

"Hello Barbie" for teenagers?
Apparently there are people who believe that teenage girls play with dolls. Really? I don't think so. -Susan

Touchbanana, $50

" ... a device that is designed to turn a range of everyday items into computer touchpads with its plug and clip"

I really, really need to ask this: What's the point?
