I don't know the difference between learning vs. deep learning, but the latter capabilities of the DRIVE PX 2 look very impressive. Even an experience driver, like yours truly wouldn't mind let it take the wheel.
I also don't see why Google Maps, Waze and many others can't adopt similar tech like the DRIVE PX 2.

the system can compare real-time situational awareness with a known high-definition map, enabling it to plan a safe route and drive precisely along it, while adjusting to constantly changing circumstances.

--Now, this is interesting. So, unlike Google Maps and Waze, it will correct your route according to things like upcoming traffic and if a left turn involves particularly bad traffic?
