Most definitely.  Apple, to management's credit, answered the call and sent its top lawyer.

Nice to see the grown-ups in charge of a Congressional hearing.  I hope good law will come from it.

Good to hear from experts
It's great that congress is listening to experts on this matter, I just hope that the fact there are so few technologically savvy people in all forms of government, means that this doesn't just get brushed over without much thought.

We are in a bizarre situation where our society is driven by technology and yet those that control the laws that govern it, know perhaps the least about it, as many come from generations before it was ubiquitous.
