Challenges of Digital transformation
Interesting post. Agree that Digital transformation is a change of philosophy and everyone has to be a part of it to make a digitally profound business entity. Though the road map is not seamless. Major set back is when a company or an individual is reluctant to change. They tend to remain stagnant in terms of processes, technology, customers and business models. The legacy follows and the funnel remains the same.

Another challenge is to manage between old clients who are not willing to adopt latest technologies and the prospects that we are looking at. While adopting Digital Transformation, you become conscious about this and disruption begins.

Thus it is tough to make a digital business innovation but there are no choices as well. CIOs and CEOs have to actively participate for this to happen.
