re: Google Autonomous Cars Get Green Light In California
"Self-driving cars, supporters say, are safer than manually driven vehicles" - but what is their justification?

"The attack ad appears to be oblivious to the claims of driverless car supporters." - Well, until the supporters can back up what they say, we should all be skeptical about their claims.

How many of us have never had a computer freeze up or (no pun intended) crash? Very few, I would bet. Sitting at my desk at home, I'm in no danger if my computer crashes, but what if I'm going 60 mph on the NJ Turnpike?

re: Google Autonomous Cars Get Green Light In California
Yes, it is the fact that Google is the high profile company working on cars. As the government passed the rule that driverless or we can say autonomous cars can run on roads so, I think proer testing must had done on it and after that such decission taken. So, in this pollution full environment we can expect this one to be environment friendly. I think with the help of latest technology used in this vehicle we can achieve great heights like we can stay alert of the current condition of our vehicle. With this we can get alert when our vehicle is out of order or engine is having some problem or there is some problem in its brake pad etc. After getting alert from the vehicle, it is our duty to make those errors, eroor free and enjoy a safe ride. I always prefer to do proper maintenance of the vehicle so that I do not have to face such problems. This Google Autonomous car is really going to be excited to watch.
