Yes it is. Many will/should recall Google's past capitulations to the Chinese government when it came to censorship or the disclosure of information demanded by them.

It is alarming the way that everything we do and say is recorded and tracked either through cell phones with GPS or tablets with GPS or on computers using the internet. Think you have privacy, think again.

We used to be sovereign citizens but seems our rights under our Constitution are eroded away each year.while the American public does little more than eat fast-food and complain about gas prices.

I hope people wake up. No device is secure.

I'm unsure which is more worrisome: The fact that the government makes so many requests or the fact that in most cases Google has the data they are after.

The bit about fake court orders is interesting though.
