The more knowledgeable the people in the conversation are, the better the ideas and innovation will be. By getting more CIOs into the conversation we can harness a wealth of knowledge which could be used to pinpoint the necessities of the system and work to address them. Right now there is too much data and information and not enough focus. By using their knowledge we can focus and prioritize on the changes that need to be done before we go on to the next topics.
