Number 3 is an interesting one. I think most companies are concerned about the data security, and figuring out how to keep it secured on employees' personal devices -- or if they can even use personal devices at all. But the recruiting aspect of BYOD I don't think is talked about enough, if a business can tell prospective employees they can use devices of their choice at work, rather than company-issued ones, it's a big recruiting plus.

Enterprise managers and workers locked into the Windows ecosystem are praying for high-quality mobile machines that tie into and synch with their office computers, which for the most part run Windows. But Microsoft doesn't have much time to prove it can play in this market.
