Sounds like a nice win for IBM. There's some buzz going around about Microsoft developing a version of its Cloud OS specifically for government, so it'll be interesting to see how contracts fall as more federal agencies adopt cloud technologies.

This is the second article today I read on IW Government about the feds feeling good about pushing the cloud agenda. Cloud First seems like sound policy; cloud-for-cloud's-sake is the risk at the extreme.
