Meanwhile, AWS seems to keep advancing its position in the federal market, beating out IBM in a court ruling Monday to provide cloud services to CIA and other intelligence agencies.

So this will be multitenant in the sense of being shared between government agencies? But at the same time "physically separate" as in not hosted on the same machines as commercial customers?
