Re: Beware of NEXUS products
I honestly made an account just to tell you how much of a moron you are...
Before you decide to defend yourself, please look up the definition for moron: A stupid person. Just in case you need it, the definition for stupid is: lacking intelligence or common sense.
I don't know about your intelligence, but your common sense seems lacking.
You bought a Galaxy Nexus in May 2013, according to your post. The Galaxy Nexus actually launched in November 2011. This would make the phone close to a year and 6 months old by the time you bought it. During this time, Ice Cream Sandwich had just launched.
The Nexus 7 was released July 13, 2012. This was 9 months later. By that time, Jelly Bean had just come out.
So, by your logic... if I bought a Motorola Razr Flip Phone today from a store, it would be newer than my Nexus 4 I bought 5 months ago, right? Then, obviously, it should support KitKat... I'll be fuming if it doesn't!
Your name may be techray, but I highly doubt there is anything 'tech' about you. Maybe I'm ignorant in assuming that, that has anything to do with the name, but I'll take the chance. Anyone in the tech industry would know that 2 years is a VERY long time in the mobile development world. As of right now, your cell phone is 2 years old. Your tablet is a few months over a year old--4, FYI. If I bought a 2 year old cell phone, I'd honestly be amazed if KitKat worked on it. To be completely honest, I'll be surprised if the L or M updates work for my Nexus 4.
Oh, and my Nexus 7 just got KitKat. Love it!
