For sure there's some "marketing crap" in here, but wanting to attract younger people and move into higher-growth technology areas is hardly at odds with developing and maintaing serious software.

I suspect that 100% of those 84% just said what they thought was wanted to be heard, not their actual feelings on the matter

SAP is conservative because they are dealing with serious software and not the teenage toys. Please let this be some marketing crap.

Beyond ERP?
