Healthcare privacy is a concern...
...with those of us technologically astute probably fearing and concerned for what we know can go wrong, and what we know takes way too long to accomplish when it should/could happen in the click of a key.

Imagine the fear in those less aware of the unknown and less capable in utilizing/manipulating the various and confusing internet portals and God awful healthcare provider/insurance sites!

Finding not just a balance, but a clarity and ease of use is no easy task.  That said, the status quo is NOT the answer and healthcare in America today in in urgent need of rennnovation.

Here's to promoting and supporting technology as a tool to improve our overall health, without causing undue mental stress!

Would you really want an Apple EHR?
I'm not so sure I'd want my docs using an electronic health records system designed by Steve Jobs. Moreover, if he were alive today, that's not where he would be motivated to put his energy. Where do we find the talent to build healthcare software that is consumerized (in the sense of being easy to use) but still meets industry requirements for security and integrity, which is where consumer-driven product design offten falls down?
