re: Hackathon Crowdsources Radical Ideas In Management
My company is now offering management consultancy from the 'cloud' and we believe we are the first organization ever to have developed this offering, including the design & development of performance management systems and one to one consultancy.

If current trends continue and remote working continues to grow, new ways of managing and measuring performance (particularly where performance related pay is the norm) will become essential.

We also draw on a pool of international consultants & are developing a single 'excellence' model for leadership & management - another first - that can be deployed across global organizations as well as SME's in any country.
