I'd enthusiastically add that what you say underscores the need for business and technology decision makers to take holistic, strategic approaches to everything that affects how customers, partners and prospects perceive their companies online. Online experience optimization for every user, regardless of connection type or device, should be a primary goal of every business. Even those that don't do business online (yet!) are affected by how they're perceived online, and throwing more apps at users is not likely to improve those perceptions.
