Innovation - what innovation?
So this is what passes for innovation at Apple these days - keep releasing the same products, just in different size and form factors?

Re: Innovation - what innovation?
No, this is what passes for "keeping your customer base happy and fulfilled, which keeps investors happy and fulfilled, while you work on your next innovations". Apparently you think every announcement apple makes has to be the 'next big thing'.

Sometimes, Smaller is Better
It's a mid-cycle release.  Apple normally introduces new phones in the late summer or fall just ahead of the back-to-school and holiday shopping seasons.  Nice to see that they update the iPhone 5 and haven't gone overboard on the "bigger is better" fad.  For a lot of people, the iPhone 5 was te Goldilocks model so it is nice to see iPhone 6s specs in an iPhone 5s package.  Sometimes, it's about evolutionary rather than revolutionary change.
