Onyx To Unveil New Enterprise Relationship Products

Onyx Software Corp. next week is expected to releaserelationship-management products for the financial and health-care industries.

Onyx Investment Management and Onyx Managed Care are built on the company's core ERM product, Onyx Customer Center, which handles functions such as sales, support, and marketing. Onyx Investment Management includes financial best practices to help investment managers track profitable customers. Managed Care has similar features for health-care management.

Onyx claims generic ERM products don't do enough to help companies retain and attract customers. Sierra Health Care of Las Vegas chose Onyx Managed Care for its medical terminology support and health-care-specific features. "Onyx provided 80% of what we were looking for," says Robert Church, Sierra systems manager. The package saved Sierra implementation time and consulting costs.

Pricing for each product starts at $25,000 per server and $2,500 per concurrent user.
