Two new companies are aiming to help couples create interactive weddings and involve guests like never before.Thrilled For You is video guestbook kiosk software created by the Jackson Fish Market web group. It's basically the next version of the cheap disposable cameras that are left on tables for guests to use. Wedding guests walk up to the software and record a video for the bride and groom. All of the videos are sent back to Thrilled for You and in turn a professionally edited video is created.

I could see professional videographers purchasing this service on a white-label basis and then including it in their overall video recording packages. The Jackson Fish Market team explains how they came up with the idea, "Last July, our own Jenny Lam got married. While there was a professional photographer, several amateur photographers, and a professional videographer (all of whom did a great job), there was still an opportunity for a different kind of documentation - the personal wish for the new couple spoken straight into the camera."

The Thrilled For You service costs $99 and is completely customizable to match your wedding theme. For the price you can record an unlimited number of videos and even include the videos inside of the overall wedding video. Perhaps JFM could offer a DVD as an upgrade option.

The Thrilled For You software is currently only available for the Mac but I'm hopeful they will add a PC version soon. They should also offer a rental option with an iPad or another tablet - that would help with additional distribution and make it super easy to use.

A new service launching this week looks to take the cheap disposable camera to a whole new level. Based in Seattle, CameraRenter has created a simple way to handle party photos.

CameraRenter sends you a package that includes a number of digital cameras. You and your guests use the cameras to record the event - both photos and videos. After the party you send the cameras back to CameraRenter where they create a full photo and video sharing website. You send links to the website to your guests where they can view, print and share the memories from the party.

CameraRenter is available for $495 for 10 cameras and $925 for 20 cameras.
