The system lets users send and receive voice mail from theirE-mail client software, record voice-mail greetings, andadjust the volume and speed of received voice mail. Usersalso can convert voice mail into E-mail, listen to E-mailusing text-to-speech features, and combine voice and textinto a single message that can be forwarded to other users.All voice, fax, and E-mail messages are stored in a singleinbox.
The Xpressions platform also includes Web-basedadministration features that are integrated with Exchange.The platform runs on Siemens' HiCom 300 PBX and requiresSiemens handsets.
