SAP needs message police
SAP needs more discipline around message management. They should have anticipated that the press and analysts at Tuesday's event would want details. Instead of offering a Q&A after the press conference, reporters and anlaysts were left to ask whatever SAP executives they happened to have access to. But all staff weren't briefed, clearly, on singing from the same hymnal, so to speak.
