From “Digital Transformation” to “Internet of Things” with the Customer in the middle
Digital Transformation needs much more than a strategy. First of all the vision, then the misson and the values.... then it starts with the strategy. This needs to be set in the top management / board level, but the Digital transformation can only be done bottom-up, not top-down.

It's all about customer centric and the customer experience

It's a broad field which requires also HR for the (cultural) change management, IT and marketing... at the end of the day every department within a company.
