Competition and Collaboration
Initially, when a firm ventures out into the market, the level of competitiveness can be overwhelming, and the firm might begin to believe that it can't compete, neither in terms of capital, innovation or service quality, etc., this can be extremely disheartening. However, if a firm manages to stay afloat during this initial period and begins to view the market as a collaborative entity, or as Aaron Levie put it "Let the competitiveness in the market, drive as much value for you as humanly possible" -- the huge potential of the market becomes apparent.
