Betsy has authored over 800 blog posts and created hundreds of screencast videos. She travels the world, giving compelling, technical, influential, and entertaining presentations.

With over a decade of experience in corporate training and product management, Betsy has worked on both the development and customer service side of delivering business applications. She is a member of the Global Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and the Association for Talent Development (ASTD).
