Excellent advice
Conflict resolution is the area where I think I've improved the most since becomming a PM.

Much workplace conflict happens sinply because people on different teams can't see each other's perspective. Getting people together and reassessing every assumption which led to the decision that the disagreement is over will often make the conflict disappear.
