Atlassian has redesigned its talent acquisition processes based on scientific research and standardized processes designed to raise the bar and bring more balance to its technology teams. Aubrey Blanche, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Atlassian, explains in a talk at Interop 2018 how the company built a new interview and talent evaluation process and learned to improve language of job descriptions and postings to encourage better response rates.
